About the Nick Faber Trilogy
Book one begins with thirteen year old Nick Faber living quietly
in the small northeastern Wisconsin town of Neshotah.
His life is changed forever when he is visited by a tall, thin, pale stranger,
unlike anyone he has ever seen. He is left with a gift.
This gift is a highly acute sense of touch. Nick’s ability to use his new touch
is both a blessing and a nuisance. As he struggles for answers, his friends,
teacher, and the gruff old retired priest Professor Thomas Peach lend a hand.
Father Thomas is presented with clues pointing to an ancient society that
disappeared around 850 AD. This first in the trilogy takes you back to the
mid-1960’s where an ancient society is discovered.
